It has never been easier and quicker to cook our delicious Pelmeni and Pierogi!

Choose one of these three methods:

Boiled:

Bring plenty of salted water to the boil, add frozen Pelmeni, and stir gently to prevent sticking. When the Pelmeni surface and water starts boiling again, reduce heat and simmer for 4-5 minutes or until cooked through. Take Pelmeni out with a slotted spoon and toss with butter. You can use broth instead of water and serve the Pelmeni as a soup.

Steamed:

Put frozen Pelmeni into a bamboo steamer. Once water starts boiling under the steamer cook the Pelmeni for 8 minutes or until cooked through. Serve with your favourite sauce.

Pan-fried:

Melt some butter in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add frozen Pelmeni in a single layer and fry them until they are golden brown and the filling is cooked through.
